We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the food and beverage industry and wants to make a difference.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of all restaurant staff at our restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and meets high standards of customer service. You will also be involved in developing new menu items and creating innovative promotional campaigns.

Your main duties will include:
-Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
-Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff
-Developing new menu items and promotional campaigns
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
-Monitoring customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
-Maximizing profits by controlling costs
-Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions
-Preparing financial reports for submission to senior management
-Developing innovative marketing strategies for increasing sales.

We are offering an attractive salary of 1600 AED per month, commensurate with experience. No prior work experience is required; however, a successful track record in managing restaurants would be an asset. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have great attention to detail, and be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
