Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent food and service.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience but the ability to learn quickly is essential.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to implement policies and procedures that ensure quality customer service. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff members, monitoring inventory levels, recruiting new employees as needed, and maintaining financial records. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
