We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in land surveying and possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of this role include:
• Executing survey plans for construction projects
• Collecting data and conducting surveys using specialized land surveying equipment
• Analyzing survey data and preparing detailed reports
• Developing legal descriptions and boundary maps
• Ensuring survey projects adhere to applicable regulations and standards
• Inspecting construction sites and evaluating progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in land surveying.
• Excellent knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, techniques, equipment, and safety methods.
• Solid understanding of engineering/construction drawings.
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, aerial photographs and other technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

The salary for this position is 1500 SAR per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
