Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must be able to provide creative, high-quality cooking solutions and manage all aspects of the kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing menus, managing staff, supervising all kitchen operations, upholding quality standards, minimizing food wastage, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation requirements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Ability to develop creative menus based on seasonal ingredients
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Foreigner accepted with minimal experience (1000 salary).
