We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait to help grow our business. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to develop strategies to increase sales revenue, create customer relationships, and identify potential customers. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, providing advice on product features, and negotiating prices. Additionally, they will lead the team of sales personnel by setting goals and objectives and providing feedback on performance.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required. They should also have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

We are offering a salary of 1400 for this position with benefits such as health insurance, vacation days, and a bonus structure based on performance. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position if they meet the qualifications listed above.
