Florist – AL Kuwait

We are looking for a Florist to join our team in Al Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping us create stunning flower arrangements and provide exceptional customer service. In return, we offer an attractive salary of 1300 KD per month with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

Requirements:
• Must have a keen eye for detail and design
• Familiarity with different types of flowers, plants, foliage, etc.
• Ability to work well in both team and individual settings
• Good communication skills with customers
• A valid work permit (if applicable)
• No prior experience required

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design flower arrangements based on customer requests and preferences
• Prepare flowers for sale by cleaning, trimming, arranging, and packaging them appropriately
• Provide advice to customers on selection of flowers and appropriate care instructions
• Ensure that all tools and products are safely handled when preparing flower arrangements Education/Qualifications: There is no formal educational requirement for this role. However, any related experience or qualifications would be a plus.
