Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and should be dedicated to providing high-quality administrative support.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, maintaining records, filing documents and other clerical duties as assigned. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to provide general office support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
