Job Description

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our cafe in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive salary of AED 1700 per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will combine their knowledge of coffee making with excellent customer service skills, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience. They will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks and snacks, delivering outstanding customer service and providing advice to customers on coffee blends and brewing techniques. The barista should be able to work effectively under pressure and remain calm when dealing with difficult customers or situations.

The successful candidate must have a good understanding of coffee types, blends, brewing techniques and food hygiene regulations. They should be well-presented, reliable and friendly with excellent communication skills.
