Job Description:
Sommelier - Dubai

Salary: 900 USD per month.

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. We offer competitive salary and benefits, and are ready to consider immigrants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service for all guests, as well as selecting and recommending wine pairings for food items.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to all guests;
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of wines from all areas;
• Make recommendations on the best wine pairings for each dish;
• Assist in providing training and mentoring new staff;
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards;
• Open bottles of wine correctly and ensure that the right tools are used;

Qualifications:
• 3 years' experience in a Sommelier role;
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction;
• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
