Pharmacist – Dubai (1400 AED/month)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, licensed pharmacist to join our team in Dubai. The pharmacist will be responsible for providing medication information and advice to patients, as well as preparing and dispensing prescribed medication. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively with other medical staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: reviewing patient medication orders; checking for drug interactions; ensuring that prescribed medications are appropriate; providing clear instructions on how to take medications; answering patient questions about medications; responding appropriately to medical emergencies or requests for urgent medical attention; and keeping accurate records of all patient interactions.

Requirements:
Applicants must possess a valid license from the Dubai government as a pharmacist and have at least two years of experience in the field. Applicants must also possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, be able to multi-task effectively, have effective communication skills (verbal and written), possess strong computer skills (including knowledge of commonly used software programs), have the ability to work independently with little supervision, show initiative when needed, demonstrate sound judgment when dealing with customers or other healthcare professionals; demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities; remain current on all relevant safety regulations; maintain professional boundaries at all times; maintain current knowledge of relevant pharmacy laws and regulations; possess a dedication to excellence in patient care practices; show flexibility when needed; provide quality assurance checks on all medications dispensed; maintain accurate records of patients’ prescriptions and refills.
