Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks accurately and efficiently
• Follow all health, safety, food safety, quality assurance, hygiene standards as outlined by the company
• Greet customers warmly upon entry to the cafe
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Ensure each drink meets high quality standards before serving it to customers
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of coffee making equipment and techniques is preferred but not required
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
