Job Responsibilities
- Designing of mechanical systems according to specifications
- Constructing mechanical systems using appropriate materials and techniques
- Maintaining existing mechanical systems in good condition
- Analyzing data from tests to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Monitoring performance of mechanical systems to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Assisting in research projects related to development of new technologies
- Keeping up with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
