Barista job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our café in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and approachable attitude, and be able to work effectively both alone and as part of a team.

You will be required to take orders from customers, prepare and serve hot drinks including coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other hot beverages. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to use commercial grinders and espresso machines competently. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the café area, stocking supplies, managing cash transactions and ensuring all products are correctly labeled.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic), be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work flexible shifts. Experience working as a Barista is an advantage though not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
