Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing delicious meals, with a particular focus on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. You should be knowledgeable about food safety standards, able to multitask, and work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
• Prepare high quality traditional Middle Eastern dishes according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all cooking processes are completed in an efficient manner while meeting high standards of taste and presentation.
• Manage the kitchen staff including delegating tasks, training new staff members, monitoring performance levels, resolving any issues that arise. • Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor food stock levels to ensure they remain high enough for service periods.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience working as a Chef in fine dining restaurants or hotels
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Strong leadership skills in order to manage kitchen staff • Proven track record of creating delicious dishes with high presentation standards • Fluency in English (verbal/written) is preferred but not required
