- At least 2 years of experience working as a Barista
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Knowledge of coffee making techniques and different brewing methods
- Good communication skills in English (a second language is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Barista include:
- Preparation of all types of coffee drinks requested by customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the work area at all times
- Adhering to health and safety standards while preparing drinks
- Making sure that all equipment is maintained in proper working order
- Greeting customers upon entering the café
