The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company, as well as supervising the employees. Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Supervise staff in all areas of the company
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on their work
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly
• Develop strategies to improve processes and procedures within the business
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, etc.
• Manage all administrative tasks related to the job role.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
