Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience working in a supervisory role. We offer a competitive salary of 1400. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned department
• Monitor staff performance to ensure they meet company standards
• Ensure the accuracy of all paperwork related to staff activities
• Assist other departments with training new personnel as needed
• Manage disciplinary action when necessary
• Develop and implement policies that improve efficiency in the workplace
• Attend meetings with upper management to provide updates on progress

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least one year of experience working in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly • Proven leadership skills with excellent communication abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
