Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a HR managerial role is preferred but not essential; we are willing to consider an immigrant who is eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels

Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions and advertisements, screening resumes/candidates, conducting interviews and preparing job offers
• Developing strategies for performance management and employee engagement
• Managing employee relations issues such as grievances or disciplinary procedures
• Maintaining records of employee benefits such as vacation days or sick leave
• Evaluating training needs for the organization's staff

Education Requirements:
Applicants must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management.
