We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills. We expect the candidate to be passionate about food and beverage operations and possess a strong work ethic.

The Restaurant Manager's role is to lead the team of servers, cooks, bartenders, bussers, and other restaurant staff in delivering top-notch service and hospitality. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including ensuring high-quality food preparation and service, maintaining safety standards, training staff on proper protocols, monitoring cost controls, managing inventory levels, developing marketing plans and achieving sales goals. They must ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly by creating schedules for staff members and handling customer complaints or concerns.

The successful candidate must have a friendly personality with an outgoing attitude and be able to work well with others while maintaining professionalism at all times. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential along with experience in scheduling shift rotations. Previous experience as a manager in a similar environment is preferred but not required due to this position being open to foreigners who have minimal work experience. The salary is 1700 AED per month; however this can be negotiable depending on the candidate's level of experience.
