We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role offers a salary of 1600 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations within the organization. This includes ensuring the safety of personnel, guarding buildings, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to emergency situations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner
• Monitor personnel access areas such as exits and entrances
• Manage security personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing feedback
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Investigate suspicious activities or violations of policy
• Prepare reports on security activities or incidents

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
• Proven track record in managing a security department (although no experience is required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
