We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers an attractive salary of 900 and is open to immigrants.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting, preferably in the IT industry. They should have knowledge of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, evaluating resumes, and conducting interviews. Additionally, they should have experience with applicant tracking systems and be well-versed in online recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Furthermore, the Recruiter must have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with potential candidates quickly.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from beginning to end. This includes identifying current and future hiring needs, creating job postings, screening applicants for qualifications, interviewing candidates, presenting offers to qualified candidates, onboarding new hires and liaising with hiring managers throughout the process. The successful candidate must also be able to negotiate offers with potential employees and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
