Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and have a passion for finding the best talent.

This role will involve sourcing, interviewing and assessing potential candidates to ensure that they are the right fit for our organization. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, employers and other stakeholders to ensure an effective recruitment process. You will also be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s job requirements and job roles to ensure that potential candidates are correctly identified and recruited.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and have excellent communication skills. In addition, they should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
