Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to collect data for land and property projects. You will need to have a good understanding of survey equipment, technologies, and relevant software applications. A salary of 1500 is offered for the position. We are also willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in conducting land and property surveys
- Proficient in using latest surveying technologies and software applications
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Hold a valid driving license


Job Responsibilities
- Monitor survey sites for accuracy of measurement data collected
- Prepare detailed reports based on the survey data collected
- Identify any anomalies or changes in the surveyed area
- Make sure that all safety guidelines are followed during the process of surveying
- Maintain records related to the survey such as sketches, notes, etc.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field from an accredited institution
- Professional certification from a recognized surveying body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) is preferred but not required
