Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a law degree and a minimum of five years of experience practicing law in a professional environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The primary responsibilities of the Lawyer include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and advising clients on matters related to their legal questions or concerns. The successful candidate should be able to review contracts, understand case law, conduct factual investigations, draft pleadings and motions, document legal transactions, and attend trial hearings.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They should be detail-oriented with good research skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
