Al-Kuwait is looking for a motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and screening potential candidates, to scheduling and conducting interviews, and finally selecting the most qualified individual for the job. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail oriented, and have an ability to think strategically and anticipate needs.

The primary responsibilities of this role include: identifying potential candidates through different methods such as job postings, networking events, etc; screening resumes; conducting phone or video interviews; coordinating in-person interviews; assessing candidates’ skills; providing feedback during the recruitment process; negotiating offers with successful candidates; maintaining accurate records of all applicants; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws related to hiring processes.
