Job Summary
Job Title: Bartender
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 900 KD/Month

Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing drinks, serving customers, managing bar inventory, ensuring that the bar area is clean, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks for customers in accordance with set recipes
• Take orders from customers and serve drinks as requested
• Check customers’ identification to verify age requirements for alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean bar area by wiping down surfaces, stocking glasses and other supplies
• Ensure that all drinks ordered are served in a timely manner
• Follow health regulations when preparing food items or drinks
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner to ensure satisfaction
• Address any customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Proven experience working as a bartender in a high-end establishment preferred
• Ability to mix drinks using standard techniques
• Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and other beverages
• Knowledgeable about proper sanitation practices
• Excellent organizational skills • Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed • Able to stand for long periods of time while working behind the bar • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs when necessary We are ready to consider an immigrant.
