Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the staff and management team and handle a variety of tasks, including drafting documents, filing, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and coordinating events.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks efficiently, and have great attention to detail. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary is 1400 QR per month.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
β’ Take accurate minutes of meetings
β’ Manage calendars including scheduling appointments
β’ Maintain filing systems in hard copy or electronically
β’ Greet visitors and answer phone inquiries in a professional manner
β’ Coordinate events such as conferences, trainings, seminars etc.
β’ Handle confidential information with discretion
β’ Perform other duties as required by management team
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Office Administration or related field preferred β’ At least two years' experience as a Secretary or similar role β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Proficiency with MS Office Suite β’ Strong organizational skills β’ Attention to detail β’ Ability to multitask efficiently
