We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will:
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in accordance with legal and company accounting standards
• Analyze financial data and provide detailed cost analyses
• Monitor variances from budget and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Assist with developing effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial information
• Provide advice on financial matters to management and other staff members
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The successful applicant should possess:
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years' experience working in accounting or finance role
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication (oral/written) skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is required; experience with an ERP system is preferred.
