We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and assessing land survey data in order to provide accurate measurements and reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication abilities. They should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities include: conducting extensive research on properties; performing field surveys using specialized equipment; interpreting survey data using CAD software; preparing detailed reports about the survey results; and addressing any discrepancies found during the surveying process.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license is also required. We welcome applications from foreign candidates who meet these qualifications and are willing to relocate to Riyadh. This position offers an attractive salary of 1400 SAR per month.
