Data Analyst - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, manipulating and analyzing data, helping to drive the company's decision-making process. The salary offered for this post is 1100 AED.

Key responsibilities:
- Manipulate and analyze data sets to identify patterns and trends.
- Interpret data to inform strategic decision making.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards with interactive visualizations.
- Utilize statistical techniques to identify outliers and anomalies in the data.
- Work with internal stakeholders to analyze their needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Create reports using data collection tools such as Excel, Access or SQL.
- Provide insights into customer behavior by analyzing marketing metrics such as return on investment, conversion rate, etc.
- Support the team with ad hoc requests related to data analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role working with large datasets from multiple sources; experience with structured query languages (SQL) is highly desirable.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as BI reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from large datasets quickly and accurately.
- Attention to detail; ability to spot discrepancies or errors in the data quickly.
- Excellent communication skills; able to present complex information clearly both verbally and written forms for senior management understanding when required.
