Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, including the staff members, food quality and customer service. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1200 AED and we are ready to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high levels of customer service
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and reduce costs
• Monitor food preparation methods and portion sizes to ensure that food is prepared in accordance with established recipes
• Train new staff on proper customer service techniques
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, promotions, pricing, merchandising techniques etc.
• Create weekly schedules for staff members according to operational needs
• Analyze financial data such as sales reports & cost analysis reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
• Proven track record of successful restaurant operations management
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to develop relationships with customers & staff members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills & ability to motivate staff members
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations & sanitation standards
