The Restaurant Manager will be required to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, monitor performance against budget targets and devise strategies to improve efficiency. They must also have an eye for detail when it comes to managing the inventory and ordering supplies as well as ensuring that all health & safety regulations are regularly adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team in a restaurant environment, have proficient computer skills and strong problem-solving abilities. We expect all applicants to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be punctual and reliable, as well as having sound knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
