Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing budgets, and promoting the restaurant within the local community. The successful candidate will need strong leadership skills as well as excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous experience in managing restaurants or similar establishments
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to motivate staff members towards meeting targets
