We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The Restaurant Manager is expected to provide leadership and guidance to the staff, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service.

The essential duties and responsibilities will include: recruiting, training and managing restaurant staff; creating schedules; overseeing inventory control; developing menus; enforcing health and safety regulations; ensuring compliance with food safety regulations; handling customer complaints and feedback; developing promotional activities; monitoring sales performance; controlling costs and expenses; and maintaining financial documents.

We are looking for a professional who has excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, excellent time management skills, outstanding problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate must be able to speak both English and Arabic fluently.
