Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Medical Doctor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest quality of care to our patients. The job involves working with teams of nurses and other medical professionals to diagnose, treat and manage a wide variety of diseases and medical conditions. You will also be responsible for educating patients on health and wellness, as well as providing advice on preventative measures to maintain healthy lifestyles. The position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent bedside manner and sound clinical judgment. We offer a competitive salary of 900SR per month and welcome applications from both local Saudis and foreign applicants alike.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Medical Doctor in our team, you will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality primary medical care services to patients including diagnosis, treatment, and management of illnesses.
• Examine patients, take their vital signs, and order appropriate laboratory tests or scans for further evaluation or diagnosis.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies such as proper nutrition, exercise habits, regular rest periods etc.
• Prescribe medications as needed in accordance with approved protocols; monitor patients’ progress in response to treatments prescribed; adjust treatments according to changes observed in the patient’s condition.
• Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension by regularly assessing the patient’s progress towards reaching therapeutic goals; recommend lifestyle changes where appropriate; refer cases to specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records documenting diagnoses, treatments provided, medications prescribed etc., in compliance with applicable laws/regulations/policies/procedures governing the practice of medicine; ensure accuracy by reviewing entries made by nurses or other support staff before signing off on them.
• Remain current with developments in medicine through continuing education courses; participate actively in professional societies related to your field of expertise; attend seminars or conferences when possible.

Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position you must have the following qualifications:
• MD degree from an accredited medical school (foreign applicants must show proof that their degree is recognized by Saudi authorities).
• Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (or equivalent) is required (foreign applicants may be granted an exemption depending on qualifications).
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Medical Doctor is preferred but not mandatory (recent graduates may apply).
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff members across all levels at all times.
• Proficiency using computers for electronic health records (EHR) entry/management is desired but not essential (training will be provided).
