Job Title: Merchandiser
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1100 KWD/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for managing the merchandising activities of our store and ensuring that all products are well displayed and properly maintained. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales reports and providing feedback to management regarding product performance. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
• Develop merchandising plans and strategies to optimize product display, layout, and inventory levels
• Ensure that all products are well presented in accordance with company standards
• Monitor stock levels of merchandise and replenish as needed
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms of sale
• Maintain accurate records of inventory purchases, transfers, and sales
• Monitor customer feedback on social media platforms and respond appropriately
• Provide feedback to management regarding product performance, trends, customer feedback, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
• Minimal work experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledgeable about current trends in retail merchandising
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
