We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, be organized and goal oriented, and be able to effectively communicate with customers.

The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, managing sales teams, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the sales field and the ability to create innovative strategies to increase sales performance.

The role requires strong communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should also possess the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations based on their findings. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.

This position offers an excellent salary of 1400 KWD per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation time, and potential bonuses based on performance. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants as well.
