Al-Kuwait is searching for a highly skilled and experienced HR manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing effective people management solutions that support the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in HR management and be able to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

The primary responsibilities of this position include designing, managing, and executing strategic HR initiatives such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development programs, performance reviews, and compensation plans. The chosen candidate will also need to ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations in order to protect the company from liabilities. Additionally, this person will be expected to develop innovative solutions to improve employee engagement and morale.
