The successful candidate must possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• A valid teaching license or certificate

• The ability to develop engaging lesson plans
• Demonstrated knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
• An understanding of different learning styles
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
• Proficiency with technology such as interactive whiteboards and computer programs
