Position: Merchandiser
Location: Sharjah
Salary: 1400 AED per month

We seek an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creative marketing and merchandising strategies. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of products, organizing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed in stores.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends to determine the best product assortment and pricing strategies.
• Develop effective merchandising plans to promote product sales and maximize profits.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Ensure accurate stock levels in each store by working with suppliers.
• Plan promotional activities to increase customer awareness of new products or services.
• Cooperate with marketing staff to create promotional materials such as signs, flyers, etc.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences or dissatisfaction about particular items or services.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Proven experience in merchandising or retail management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
