Job Title: Barista
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1000 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Barista you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a superior coffee experience.

Requirements:
• Previous barista experience is preferred but not required
• A friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
• Must be able to lift up to 25kgs on occasion.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, tea, etc.
• Follow recipes accurately when preparing beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area by wiping down counters, cleaning tables, sweeping floors etc.
• Receive payment from customers and make change as necessary.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and promptly in accordance with company standards.
