Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and academic support to students. The Tutor will also be responsible for developing individual learning plans, helping to set goals, and implementing teaching strategies that meet the needs of each student.

The position is full-time with a salary of 1700 AED/month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Proven experience as a Tutor or Teaching Assistant
• Knowledge of different teaching methods and strategies
• Ability to develop individual learning plans for students
• Ability to assess student's progress and provide feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Patience and ability to motivate students

Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students in accordance with their individual learning plans
• Create lesson plans and activities that are suited to the needs of each student
• Assist students with understanding course material
• Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback
• Monitor student performance, engage them in discussions, assign tasks, etc.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment
