Job Description:
Sommelier for a Luxury Restaurant in Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team at a luxury restaurant in Dubai. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals who have no prior experience in this field.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of wines and food pairings, as well as an eye for detail and customer service excellence. They must also be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of wine regions, vineyards, and winemaking techniques. The successful candidate will be expected to suggest appropriate wines to customers based on their preferences and budget.

Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience working as a Sommelier or similar role in a luxury restaurant setting (foreign nationals without experience may also apply)
• Excellent knowledge of wines from different regions, vineyards, and winemaking techniques
• Ability to pair wines with food according to customers’ preferences and budget
• Ability to provide recommendations on wines & spirits selection
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
