Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and measurements from land surveys, interpreting survey results, and creating maps and other documents that accurately represent the surveyed land. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in land surveying.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to measure angles, contours, elevations, distances, etc. using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment
• Analyze data collected from surveys to ensure accuracy of measurements
• Create maps or representations of the surveyed land using AutoCAD software or similar programs
• Interpret aerial photographs to create detailed maps with accurate measurements
• Review legal documents related to survey work (deeds, plats) for accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of survey work including drawings and field notes
• Prepare reports on findings of surveys
• Work with clients and other stakeholders as needed to explain survey results or provide feedback on survey work
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of professional experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software or similar programs • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as deeds and plats • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Willingness to travel for extended periods when necessary • Foreigners are welcome to apply
