Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced, motivated and skilled Crane Operator to join the Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of cranes, their components, and safety protocols. He/She will be responsible for operating construction cranes to lift and transport heavy materials at construction sites and other locations in the Al-Kuwait region.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Crane Operator will be responsible for following safety protocols, loading and unloading cargo, operating the crane safely and efficiently, ensuring that all tools are in a safe condition before use, checking working conditions of the crane’s components regularly, providing feedback on any issues with the crane’s performance or operation. Additionally, the Crane Operator will be required to report any incidents or accidents involving the crane to their superiors immediately.

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience working with cranes or related machinery in a construction environment. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints or diagrams of crane components and have extensive knowledge of safe lifting techniques. A valid driver’s license is also necessary as travel may be required to various job sites in Al-Kuwait. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills and interact professionally with coworkers and supervisors.

Salary
The salary for this role is 1300 per month and will be reviewed annually depending on experience level. We are open to considering foreign candidates who have the necessary qualifications.
