Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all pastries, desserts, cakes and other baked goods. You should have a good understanding of different baking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment and tools. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements for the Candidate:
-At least 3 years of experience as a pastry chef
-A diploma or degree in bakery or culinary arts
-Excellent knowledge of recipes, techniques and flavour profiles
-Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
-Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
-Keen attention to detail in order to produce top quality products consistently
