We are a well-established company based in Dibba-El-Fujairah and are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, setting goals and developing strategies to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to network and build relationships with potential customers. A deep understanding of the principles of sales is also desired. Though no prior experience is necessary, an understanding of digital marketing tools such as social media platforms would be beneficial.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating sales plans, setting targets, developing relationships with customers, negotiating prices and terms of sale, and tracking performance against goals. They will also need to maintain customer records and monitor customer feedback. The Sales Manager must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in order to drive results.
