Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals and snacks according to recipes or customer requests
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
• Monitor food supplies and place orders as necessary
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Create menus that are creative and unique while also meeting customer needs
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an attractive manner
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Salary: 1300 AED/Month
