Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced yet ambitious Land Surveyor to join our team here in Haur-Fakkan. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land parcels and providing precise measurements, as well as creating accurate plans and maps from the collected data. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a challenging and ever-changing environment. The salary of 1600 is offered for this position.

Responsibilities:
The Land Surveyor's main responsibility will be to conduct accurate surveys of land parcels using both traditional surveying methods as well as state-of-the-art technology. This will involve accurately measuring land boundaries, making notes of any existing features, and collecting data on topography, vegetation, soil composition, and other relevant characteristics. Additionally, the Land Surveyor will be responsible for producing accurate plans and maps from the collected data using specialized software programs.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent education in a related field such as engineering or construction management. Previous experience in land surveying is not necessary but would be considered favorably. Knowledge of relevant software programs is preferred but not required. Additionally, applicants should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.

Competencies:
The successful candidate should demonstrate proficiency in traditional survey methods such as taping measurements; knowledge of modern surveying tools such as GPS receivers; familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD; strong communication skills; attention to detail; problem solving abilities; a collaborative approach to work; and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment while adhering to strict safety protocols at all times.
