Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing courteous and prompt service to all customers while preparing quality beverages according to the recipes and standards set by the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 AED per month.

Job Description
The Barista's role is to create an enjoyable experience for each customer by providing outstanding service and products. Duties include taking orders from customers, preparing drinks according to recipes, cleaning the coffee area, restocking supplies, operating cash registers, ensuring food safety regulations are followed, and maintaining a clean work environment. The Barista should also strive to build relationships with customers through friendly conversations as well as maintain an up-to-date knowledge of coffee trends in order to make suggestions regarding beverage options.

Expectations
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen and respond promptly to customer needs and complaints. They should be familiar with coffee making equipment as well as have knowledge of specialty coffee products such as lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Candidates must also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail when preparing beverages or handling cash transactions. Finally, they should possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other employees in order for the team reach its goals of providing excellent customer service and serving quality beverages.

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of Barista experience
• Knowledge of specialty coffee products such as lattes & cappuccinos
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen & respond promptly
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently & collaboratively as part of a team
